Refund policy


Overview

STEJEX products are produced on demand and made specifically for each order. Please review the sections below carefully, as return rights differ depending on your location and the nature of made-to-order goods.

This policy applies to all purchases made through stejex.com.


1. Made-to-Order Products (Applies to All Customers)

All STEJEX items are made to order once a purchase is completed.

Because production begins immediately after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect size selection, except where required by law or explicitly stated below.

This applies to customers in all regions.


2. United States Customers

For customers located in the United States, the following applies:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Size Exchanges (Voluntary Policy)

While not required, STEJEX offers size exchanges as a courtesy under these conditions:

  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Exchanges are subject to availability


3. European Union Customers (EU Consumer Rights)

For customers located in the European Union, EU consumer protection laws apply.

Under Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are:

  • Made to the consumer’s specifications, or

  • Clearly personalized or produced on demand

As STEJEX products are made to order, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

However, EU customers retain full statutory rights for:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect items

If such an issue occurs, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with EU law.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (All Customers)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email support@stejex.com within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem and packaging

Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund, depending on availability.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Made-to-order items returned due to change of mind

  • Items returned after 14 days

  • Worn, washed, or altered items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)


6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
