Processing Time All products are made-to-order specifically for you. Production begins after your order is placed and typically takes 2-7 business days to complete.
Shipping Times After production is complete, shipping times are:
United States: 3-7 business days
International Shipping:
• Canada: 10-14 business days
• Europe & UK: 10-14 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 14-20 business days
• Rest of World: 14-30 business days
*International orders may experience additional delays due to customs processing. All international shipping times include 2-7 business days for production plus shipping transit time.
- Please note that total delivery time = processing time + shipping time
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Tracking Information Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's progress.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot redirect packages once they have been shipped. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@stejex.com.
