SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All products are made-to-order specifically for you. Production begins after your order is placed and typically takes 2-7 business days to complete.
Shipping Times After production is complete, shipping times are:
Shipping is available only to destinations offered at checkout.
United States: 3-7 business days
International Shipping:
- Canada: 10-14 business days
- Europe & UK: 10-14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 14-20 business days
- Rest of World: 14-30 business days
The shipping estimates above exclude production time. Total estimated delivery time is production time plus shipping transit time. International orders may experience additional delays due to customs processing.
Shipping Costs Free standard U.S. shipping is included on STEJEX T-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies. Shipping charges for international orders, including Europe, are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and selected shipping method. Any available expedited shipping is charged separately.
Tracking Information Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's progress.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot redirect packages once they have been shipped. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@stejex.com.
Delays and Issues While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.
